Main responsibility:
1. Take responsibility for NPI product quality system setting up,including NPI customer communication,CP control,quality issues handling etc.2. Plan NPI quality resources and optimize NPI quality working flow.3. Provide good customer service for SONY and LG etc. by fluent English.4. Solve the customer complain and write 8D report for CP with quality tools.5. Lead the CS team and manage regular work.Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above,and Science or engineering background
2. Fluent English in communication(listen/speak/read/write)
3. 5 years+ optics/mechanical manufacturing experience on quality or process engineering
4. >2years management experience of customer service
5. Strong in quality risk assessment/ corrective improvement plan driving6. Strong in quality tool(MSA/SPC/DOE/APQP/PPAP) and FA tool7. Be familiar in Sony’s and LG’s procedure is a plus8. Be familiar in LCD or BLU product is a plus
